DAPP EVENTS is an independent, owner-managed, full-service events agency based in Kirchheim, near Munich. We specialise in designing, planning and delivering outstanding corporate events, incentives, VIP hospitality and travel prize promotions of the highest possible standard. In addition we offer our clients an online-based guest management system to efficiently and cost-effectively manage your bookings.

Michael Dapp, CEO

Michael Dapp is the founder and CEO of DAPP AG, and has over 20 years of experience creating, organising and delivering international corporate events. Working for a variety of events, incentive and marketing agencies at the start of his career, Michael was able to acquire extensive industry experience while being responsible for numerous national and international projects. In 2008 he launched DAPP EVENTS by DAPP AG with the vision to create an independent events agency designed to provide the highest quality standards.

Carsten Ulrich, COO

Carsten Ulrich holds a Business Degree with a tourism focus. Before joining DAPP EVENTS in 2011 he gathered extensive experience learning the corporate events trade. Carsten has more than 20 years of experience in creating, managing and delivering national and international events for both SME and larger companies. Even when under pressure at events, Carsten remains calm and composed at all times.

Our story

A success story since 2008

DAPP EVENTS was founded by Michael Dapp on 7th October 2008 as an independent corporate events agency specialising in the creation, organisation and delivery of corporate events and incentive trips. In 2010, VIP Hospitality was added to the service portfolio, providing exclusive access to limited or sold out event tickets. 2012 saw the launch of an online-based guest management system with bespoke software that efficiently and cost-effectively manages all bookings.

We are proud to work with a diverse range of long-standing clients – from Swiss Life and Paramount, to GoPro and BANKnow. Here are just a few of the sectors that we work with: financial services, TV/media, property, telecommunication, medical technology, cosmetics, consulting, advertising, tourism, e-commerce, IT and energy. Clients also include embassies and a variety of institutions. Many companies have been long-standing clients for over 10 years, despite key contacts leaving the business.




DAPP EVENTS in numbers

We create events for 2-1500 guests. So far we have provided services to 191 clients from 11 countries (Switzerland, Austria, Germany, England, USA, Brasil, Liechtenstein, Hungary, Hong Kong, Russia, Netherlands). We have delivered events in 19 different countries (Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Monaco, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Portugal, Russia, Switzerland, Spain, Brasil, Latvia, Cuba, USA and United Arab Emirates/Dubai).
